Dear R Bhaskaran, Washing of SWASA N95 mask is neither required nor suggested as it may compromise with the efficiency of the mask. You can, however, disinfect the mask by spraying sanitizer on both the inner and outer side of it. If you still wish to wash it, we suggest heat up water till boiling point and wash it with that. You can add any disinfectant (like Dettol) to the water if you want. DO NOT USE detergent as it can cause irritation to the skin and may result in blocking the pores of the mask.
Replace the mask once you start to feel uncomfortable in breathing while waering the mask.

After that I contact to them they do not give any positive response to me.

Hi,
I checked your order details. It clearly shows your ordered Surgical Masks. The system does not change people’s orders on its own. Even the backend team can’t change the ordered product. If a customer orders a wrong product, the only way to change it is to cancel the order and place a fresh one. So, there is absolutely no way the ordered product can be changed.
There have been a few instances where we have sent the wrong product by mistake to our costumers. Once the customer reaches out to us, we always replace the product on our own expenses. Like any other company, we also make mistakes at times but we own up to it and try to address it the best way possible.
Talking about not receiving positive respons, our customer care team shared the picture of the order with you which shows the product as Surgical mask. Order replacement was not an option in that case.

At first quality of Swasa n95 mask is too good but now last inner layer of mask is deducted by Swasa team for cost cutting to provide mask to customers as a sale. In my opinion Swasa make us fool on the name of Sale. Too worst experience. Now fibers comes out from the inner layer and make too discomfort.

We have never depreciated the quality of the mask for cost reduction. We may have made few changes but those changes have in no way hampered our quality or resulted in non-fulfilment of our quality promises. We had changed our inner layer to a softer version of the same fabric for the convenience of the users. However, some customers did not quite like the change and we have since changed back to our earlier fabric. We request you to give us another chance and hope to give you a better experience.
