Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 100% refund on all products purchased through our website in the following conditions:
- If the product delivered does not match your order
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product
- If the product is expired or will reach its expiry within 3 months from the date of delivery
- Return/ Replacement Request should be placed be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care Number +91 6307666465 or write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org to place the return request and share pictures of the product and/or packaging to support your claim.
- Upon receiving your request, we will revert to you within 24 hours.
- Our team may verify the authenticity of your claim virtually (i.e., through photos) or may initiate a reverse pick up for verification.
- Any product that is returned should be in the condition received
- Upon receiving the product, our team shall inspect the same for defects as per the customer’s claim within 48 hours. We shall notify you of the acceptance/ rejection of claim through mail/SMS.
- Upon acceptance of claim, the replacement/ refund will be initiated within 24 hours of such acceptance.
Please Note that any wrong ordering is NOT eligible for Return/Refund.
Orders can be cancelled before it has shipped by us. Please contact our Customer Care Number +916307666465 or write to us on email@example.com to place cancellation request. Orders once shipped from our end are not eligible for cancellation.

SWASA.in reserves the right to cancel an order in case of the following reasons:
- Non-availability of product due to any reason.
- Invalid Contact Details on the order.
The refund will be initiated within 24 hours of such cancellation.
