Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 100% refund if the delivered product does not match your order, has a manufacturing
defect, or is expired (or will expire within 3 months of delivery).
Return/ Replacement:
- Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting
Customer Care at +91 6307666465 or by emailing cs@espinnanotech.com with photos of the
product and/or packaging. - We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and may verify the claim virtually through
photos or arrange a reverse pickup for inspection. - Products being returned must be in the condition they were delivered.
- Returned products will be inspected within 48 hours, and claim approval or rejection will be
communicated via email or SMS. - Upon claim approval, a replacement or refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- Wrong orders placed by customers are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Cancellation:
Cancellation Request can be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product
is shipped, whichever occurs first.
SWASA.in may cancel orders due to product unavailability or invalid contact details. Refunds
will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation.
