Really good mask! I had to buy these the moment I saw PM Modi use them. I purchased a set around the 28’th of August, and I don’t know if you have updated the design of the mask since then, but I have a design suggestion for you – based on my use of the mask, I have felt that after 4 hours of continuous use, the elastic loops make my ears hurt a little, so I have to remove the mask for a few seconds – have you explored the idea of designing the elastic loops to go around the back of the head instead of the ears? Maybe that will make the mask feel more comfortable. Also, I felt the mask was pushing hard up against my mouth, making it a little hard while talking – have you considered leaving a little more room in the mask to make it comfortable on the mouth?

I have received 3 Swara masks. They are good and have good breathability too. But I have one doubt. The design lines on the mask has a very thin filter layer. May be it was designed for easy breathing. But don’t you think it has compromised the filtration quality of the mask. If air can escape through these lines easily,it can also enter easily through these scanty filters bypassing the rest of the mask. In my opinion it defeats the idea of N95 and 0.3 m filteration

I checked your order details. It clearly shows your ordered Surgical Masks. The system does not change people’s orders on its own. Even the backend team can’t change the ordered product. If a customer orders a wrong product, the only way to change it is to cancel the order and place a fresh one. So, there is absolutely no way the ordered product can be changed.
There have been a few instances where we have sent the wrong product by mistake to our costumers. Once the customer reaches out to us, we always replace the product on our own expenses. Like any other company, we also make mistakes at times but we own up to it and try to address it the best way possible.
Talking about not receiving positive respons, our customer care team shared the picture of the order with you which shows the product as Surgical mask. Order replacement was not an option in that case.

We have tried a few nose clip samples from different suppliers but have not quite liked any of them enough to replace them with the current one. We will notify our customers once it is done.
The filtration capacity of all three are exactly the same. All variants are 0.3 um with five layer protection.
The only difference between SWASA Plus and Fashion Masks is the print on the uppermost layer.
SWASA Carbon Masks includes super active carbon technology that combats the odor of the breath that lingers in the mask after long usage.

We had planned to apply for NIOSH certification earlier this year but we could not do so due to the second wave of Covi19. However, we are currently compiling all the data required for NIOSH certification so that we can apply at the earliest now.
