Can you please cover little below the chin so that there is no gap down there for the direct air. The mask or face covering should cover your nose, mouth and chin, without gapping.

Do you plan to make mask which can be fitted over the head rather than over the ear? The ones over ear are less comfortable to wear and hurt the ear especially when worn for long hours.

. you say 100 hrs use. Can I use it second,third ,fourth …. days till 100 hrs over after first time using in hospital or they can be used one time for 100 hrs. I believe these are not washable, Can I sterilize daily after use till 100 hrs over in ultraviolet box

Yes, it may be used for multiple days. Infact, it may be used over 100 hours too up until the wearer does not feel uncomfortable while breathing. You can definitely sterilize the masks.
