The pack was delivered with the seal broken. As brought out by Mr Ajay Kumar in is review, there is no logo of SWASA on the masks. When we buy a product for the reliability and quality attached with its brand, a small indicating the authenticity of the brand should visible for customer satisfaction

The products inside were untouched after being put into the box. Kindly ensure the colour coding on your 3ply surgical mask. My previous order had blue on outer side and inner side and it was very difficult for me to figure out what side is skin friendly and what side is outer layer. Kindly ensure that Outer side is blue and inner side is white coloured as mostly good surgical mask are. And moreover there is no swasa branding on your 3ply surgical mask. I order mask from here because I trust this brand and have been ordering since 2020. But lately I am having trust issues with your 3ply surgical mask as no branding is there. Thus my demands are only two- 1) Ensure correct colour coding on your 3 ply surgical mask. 2)Ensure Swasa branding on your 3ply surgical mask. Thank you.
