I received the mask in damage condition because of your packing. It was very badly pressed in between the courier boxes of the courier you had send.

Good product…. However kindly provide us with a head loop option on this as well as people usually like to hand their masks when they’re not wearing it and also people will not forget their masks. The other mask also that you guys introduced is good but the head and neck loops are so tight that one cannot comfortably hand then on the neck. The best product with the design and practicality that you’ve made are your 5 filter masks with ear and head loop. That is how all masks are supposed to be. Comfortable and practical.
